I can't even begin to tell you just how cool these two are, so exquisitely stylish and wonderfully adventurous, I am eternally grateful for their willingness to run off into the Peak district for an hour with me on the most glorious day of the year. I was also especially excited to photograph Vicky's bespoke dress designed by my lovely friend Kate Beaumont; the very first time I've shot one of her dresses on an actual bride rather than a model. Anna & Sams wedding really was wonderful. They are such a beautiful and ridiculously cool couple and their wedding was everything that I epected it to be. Uber stylish and full of gorgeous details they Yurts they hired to sit in the gardens of Woodthorpe Hall were beautifully styled and furnished, the ceremony took place in the cider press while the guests sat shaded from the sun before feasting on a tasty BBQ. Kim and Matt's day started and ended at Shottle Hall with a church service sandwiched in between. I loved shooting this wedding, every detail was so beautiful, I especially adored the flowers. We were treated to the most perfect sunset over the fields behind the marquee, I couldn't really have asked for anything more... I also had the pleasure of the wonderful Priscilla Maurer as 2nd shooter for the day, she got some absolute gems (especially on the dancefloor) and I hope to
Aaron & Maisie married down in Buckinghamshire at the 5 Arrows, which is a really lovely venue and I had a great day hanging out with them and all their friends and family. We had some of that magical light blazing into the stables for their first dance and Aaron's best man treated the guests to quite possibly the best rap/ speach of all time, accompanied by Maisie's Stepdad on guitar... pure awesomeness!
